This one is really important, folks. What’s Metro is calling the Crenshaw Northern Extension is designed to eventually connect multiple existing train lines. Four of the five proposed options offered by Metro would take the Crenshaw Line directly through our neighborhoods.
Such a route will result in more convenient mass transit as well as a new Transit Plan allowing increased density within large portions of the PICO NC and the displacement of current residents in favor of more large luxury apartment buildings.
Metro is inviting the public to comment on these options. It is critically important that you attend a meeting and make your preferences known.
