Case No. CPC-2019-7045-CA is scheduled to go before the City Planning Commission on Thursday, December 19, 2019. In addition to the regular proceedings of the City Planning Commission, a full public hearing will be held at this meeting as well. Further details about the time and location of the City Planning Commission meeting will be provided prior to December 19, 2019.

City Planning staff will provide a presentation on the provisions contained in the proposed ordinance, and will also be available to take questions and offer clarifications as needed. The City Planning Commission will consider and deliberate the ordinance, and members of the public will have the opportunity to offer verbal public testimony.
