Many neighbors have expressed concerns about small lot subdivision projects in their communities. Updates/revisions to the Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance, originally adopted in 2005, are being considered by the City.  As part of that a set of Design Standards have been drafted.

A presentation on the proposed amendments and design standards will be made at this Saturday morning's PLANCHECK NC meeting beginning at 10 am at the Community Room of the Hollenbeck Police Station.   All are welcome.
