Picfair Village Representative

It is with greatest pleasure that I represent Picfair Village on behalf of P.I.C.O. NC (Pico to the North/Venice to the South/Hauser to the East and Fairfax to the West. I am a California/Los Angeles Native and have lived and worked as a realtor since 2005 in the PICO NC community since 2000.

My goal is to be a conduit for the residents of Picfair Village and the City to get concerns addressed, and also to bring the community together. I am an ardent supporter of homeless initiatives having personally been impacted by this issue with friends and family. Since the Pandemic, I have seen a drop in the quality of life in our community and increased blight, from broken sidewalks to trash everywhere. I feel that it is all of our responsibility to get our neighborhood back, pick up where we left off, and plan to participate (as I have done in the past) in cleaning up our streets through community clean-ups, and seeking to be that conduit to the city regarding community infrastructure and repair issues.

I currently and regularly volunteer making sandwiches and putting care packets together for the unhoused through the LA Mission, Midnight Mission and PATH (People Assisting the Homeless), and participate in the Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count. Together with my husband, we have been doing a community food drive and pet supply drive for the Los Angeles Animal Shelter since 2008.

I look forward to being there for you whatever your concern–feel free to reach out to me. I love our community and you can count on me to be your ears and voice.
