Mary Beth Sales
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, I have been savoring the sunny Los Angeles weather since 2007 and I am so proud to call this city my home. I’m proud because Los Angeles is a dynamic city where - with diligence, constructive collaboration and passion - visions turn into reality and entrepreneurs create life-changing technologies and job opportunities. I consider it a privilege to live in a city and neighborhood where community members celebrate tradition, embrace diversity and ambitiously seek progress for the greater good.
Professionally, I am a PR Expert Commentator and owner of a small strategic communications company that helps local organizations and influencers build their brands through community relations and philanthropy. More significantly, I lead drug prevention groups for teens, empower young women to be advocates for themselves, mentor college students in career development and balancing life, and I volunteer in the community through my temple. As Youth Representative, I advocate for the best interests of our youth and young adults. I am thrilled to be serving on the P.I.C.O. Neighborhood Council as a Board Member and I look forward to working with you, our stakeholders, and fellow board members to preserve our neighborhood and enhance the quality of life where we live, work and play.
If you see me walking around the neighborhood with my little one, Busby The Yorkie, please feel free to say hello!
