Funding Request forms are available here. Funding requests must be submitted to the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   for review prior to the standing monthly finance committee meeting in order to be considered for inclusion on the agenda for the Monthly Board Meeting. Submission does not automatically mean your request will be included on the agenda. Treasurer and Finance Committee review will be required before being heard by the Board.
