I was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, but have lived in Los Angeles for longer than I did in Puerto Rico, arriving here in 1982. I love Los Angeles and was especially grateful for the warmer climate after three years at Columbia Law School in New York and four years at Swarthmore College in Philadelphia. I am a recent arrival in this neighborhood, having moved first to Carthay Square in 2015 and just recently to Picfair Village. You may see me walking around the neighborhood which I do almost every day, often with my rescue pup, Lucy. I am really pleased and excited to serve on the Board and look forward to serving the neighborhood.

Jeff moved to Redondo Sycamore in 2015 after living on the westside for five years. He's excited to funnel some of his enthusiasm and energy into making a difference in the PICO neighborhood, and looks forward to working with his fellow board members and neighbors.
